Lance's comic performance!!!

During skit night at the family reunion some of the kids shared some of their jokes. Here is Lance's version: "What do you get when you cross a Elephant and Darth Vader?" what! "An Elevator!!!" Ha, Ha.

Ward Camp Out (8/21/2009)

This weekend was our ward camp out. We have never gone before, I don't know why because the kids had a great time. They thought the idea of sleeping in a tent was thrilling. Claire starting asking to go to bed even before dinner.

The camp ground was great. Clean bathrooms, large pavilion, lots of rooms for tents, a great playground, everything surrounded by trees.

Reese learned to pull down her pants, but could not figure out how to pull them up. She did learn to walk fairly well with her pants down around her ankles.

There was a Portuguese water dog there that Reese could not get enough of. She would take every person she knew to see it.

Lance and Christian at breakfast. After hiking in the "mountains" they each ate two pancakes, eggs, and about a side of bacon. Nothing makes a person hungrier that hanging out in the mountains.
