We had the first annual Bailey Sister retreat. We all met in Los Vegas and spent three nights at the Harrah's hotel. Thanks to Laura and Anna we were able to get all three night (two rooms) for only $50.00 per person. We got a free dinner one night (buffet yummy) and then ate at a real fancy restaurant the next night. We went shopping on Saturday, and after church on Sunday we spent the day at the Winn hotel spa. The spa was so worth the money. We just sat around in the hot tub, the steam room, the relaxing lounge and drank water and ate fruit. It was clothing optional, but the most I could muster up was to drop my robe to weigh myself, and to run from the shower to the hallway to grab a razor. That wasn't much, but for me that was enough. It was lovely to get away from the kids and have time to get to know each other with out having to worry about meeting the needs of those that we love. Heck we didn't even have to make our own beds (I did any way and everyone elses too, so parts of being a mother can never be left behind). It was a great trip. Can not wait till next year.
