We have an Alien Baby. The other day a student from BYU called to ask if we would help him with his research project. They are doing a study of infants between 5-6 months of age to see how they respond to certain stimuli. So when we got there this morning they fitted Reese with little little hat that made her look-- well like an alien. They showed her several pictures of caterpillars each one associated by a tone. After one round of pictures then they showed it to her again but the tones were different. They wanted to see if she would register the difference in stimuli at this age. She sat very still, watch the T.V. and performed just like an angel. Has you can see from the picture that is a feat in and of itself. Well for our trouble they gave us a picture of her in the beautiful alien cap and a certificate to say thank you. I included a picture of her after all of this so you can remember that she doesn't really look like an alien.
